He took a lot of time with me to completely understand what I wanted before he began. He gave me ideas that made perfect sense and went the extra mile to make it perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! We had a doggy door installed and it required going through a ridiculously thick wall and electrical work. Custom Billt rocked it!! We love our remodeled shower. Bill took some quirks and surprises that came with our 40 year old shower and made it modern. He fixed a hidden leak behind the wall and made our design vision into a reality. He makes sure everything is constructed right and his finished work is gorgeous.
